Experience contemporary French classics at 1-Michelin Star JAG, as Chef Laurence Tan welcomes Chef Thierry Drapeau of 1-Michelin Star Signature, Bangkok for a union of gastronomic mastery over four evenings.
Sharing a similar ingredient-led and sustainability-driven culinary philosophy, Chef Thierry highlights the natural flavours of proteins through his refined, jus-based approach. Chef Laurence, on the other hand, champions JAG’s unique vegetable-focus ethos, where the flavours and textures of vegetables take centre stage and proteins play a supporting role.
The specially curated 8-course menu is a symphony of clean, elegant flavours, showcasing each chef’s signature creations such as Challans Duck with Cucumber and Celery, and Haricot Vert with Diver Scallops.
Set in a beautifully restored 19th-century warehouse complete with arched French-style windows overlooking the historic Singapore River, this is an intimate and immersive dining experience not to be missed.

- All payments for tickets purchased are fixed and final. Strictly no refunds, no cancellations and no amendment/rescheduling of sessions once tickets have been purchased.

- Any additional food or beverages ordered beyond the menu will be charged by the restaurant directly and full payment must be made at the end of the meal.
